  • What’s your specialty style of food?
    I am a multi-faceted chef and I love being challenged with creating and trying new dishes. With catering larger events being our primary client base, it’s important that we showcase a wide variety of culinary ability to satisfy different crowds.
  • Do you have a brick & mortar location?
    We are a mobile business with no brick & mortar. Orders can be delivered to residences. Private Dinners and Catering Event locations are provided by the client. Please be sure to book a consultation if you think traveling fee may be needed to accommodate the distance. (Outside of Dallas, TX Area)
  • How far in advance would I need to book catering for my event?
    Private Dining for 5 or less people needs at least a week minimum between confirming catering menu and the date of the event. Large Catering Experiences (5+ Guests) need a minimum of two weeks. Deposit fee for events is 50% of total cost and the remaining balance must be paid the day of no later than an hour before setup is scheduled to begin.
  • Do you offer meal preps?
    We do offer meal prep options. Availability opens up each month and closes whenever the chef reaches capacity.
